Many of the systems sold on our website are custom-built gaming PCs assembled based on the selected components.

Orders for custom-built PCs cannot be cancelled once assembly or configuration has started.

Once components are allocated or assembly begins, the order is considered final and non-cancelable.

4. Digital Products and Software

Orders that include digital products, software licenses, or activation keys cannot be cancelled once the license has been delivered or activated.
