1. Our Commitment | التزامنا

At Gaming PC Dubai, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read all conditions carefully before requesting a return, refund, or warranty service.

نحرص في Gaming PC Dubai على رضاك التام. يُرجى قراءة جميع الشروط بعناية قبل تقديم طلب الإرجاع أو الاسترداد أو خدمة الضمان.

We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined below.


 

2. Return Window | نافذة الإرجاع

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

يمكنك تقديم طلب إرجاع خلال 7 أيام تقويمية من تاريخ التسليم.

⚠️ Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. يجب الإبلاغ عن أي أضرار أو عناصر مفقودة خلال 24 ساعة من التسليم.

⚠️ Claims for manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. يجب الإبلاغ عن عيوب التصنيع خلال 48 ساعة من التسليم.


 

3. Return Eligibility | شروط الأهلية للإرجاع

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • ✅ The product must be unused
  • ✅ The product must be in original packaging
  • ✅ The original seal must not be broken
  • ✅ All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

If the product has been used, opened, or the seal removed, the return may be declined — unless there is a manufacturing defect.


 

4. Non-Returnable Items | العناصر غير القابلة للإرجاع

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Custom-built PCs — once assembly has started
  • Opened software or digital products
  • ❌ Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or improper installation

 

5. Defective or Faulty Products | المنتجات المعيبة أو المعطوبة

If your item is not working due to a manufacturing defect:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos or videos of the defect
  3. Include original packaging and all accessories

Once received, the product will be inspected. If the defect is confirmed under manufacturer warranty:

  • 🔧 The item will be repaired free of charge, OR
  • 🔁 Replaced with the same product (if available), OR
  • 💰 Refunded in full if repair or replacement is not possible

⏱️ Repair timelines may take up to 14–18 business days, depending on the manufacturer or service center.


 

6. Warranty Coverage | تغطية الضمان

Most products include manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • ❌ Accidental damage
  • ❌ Liquid damage
  • ❌ Electrical surge damage
  • ❌ Unauthorized modification or repair
  • ❌ Physical damage

If the issue is not covered by warranty, you will be informed of repair costs. You may approve the repair at an additional cost or request the item to be returned as-is.


 

7. Return Process | إجراءات الإرجاع

To request a return or warranty service, contact us:

Please include the following in your request:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24 hours with validation and next steps.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.


 

8. Order Cancellation | إلغاء الطلب

To cancel an order:

  1. Contact us immediately via email or phone
  2. Cancellation must be requested before the order is shipped
  3. Once shipped or assembly has started (for custom PCs), cancellation may not be possible

 

9. Refund Processing | معالجة الاسترداد

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 2–4 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


 

10. Late or Missing Refunds | التأخر في استلام المبالغ المستردة

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your payment provider
