1. Our Commitment

At Gaming PC Dubai, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read all conditions carefully before requesting a return, refund, or warranty service.

We reserve the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the conditions below.


2. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Claims for:

  • Damaged items on delivery

  • Missing items

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  1. The product must be unused
  2. The product must be in original packaging
  3. The original seal must not be broken
  4. All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  5. Proof of purchase is required

If the product has been used, opened, or the seal removed, the return may be declined unless there is a manufacturing defect.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Custom-built PCs (once assembly has started)

  • Opened software or digital products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or improper installation


5. Defective or Faulty Products

If your item is not working due to a manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photos or videos may be required

  • The product must include original packaging and accessories

Once received, the product will be inspected.

If the defect is covered under manufacturer warranty:

  • The item will be repaired free of charge, OR

  • Replaced with the same product (if available), OR

  • Refunded in full if repair or replacement is not possible

Repair timelines may take up to 14–18 business days, depending on the manufacturer or service center.


6. Warranty Coverage

Most products include manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Electrical surge damage

  • Unauthorized modification or repair

  • Physical damage

If the issue is not covered by warranty:

  • You will be informed of repair costs (if repair is possible)

  • You may approve the repair at additional cost or request the item to be returned


7. Return Process

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24 hours for validation and next steps.

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.


8. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately via email or phone

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped

Once shipped or assembly has started (for custom PCs), cancellation may not be possible.


9. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed within 2–4 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Refund timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Up to 10 business days

  • Bank Transfer: 1–5 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. If still unresolved, contact support@gamingpcdubai.com
