  • Custom-built PCs: Processing and assembly time varies depending on component availability

Orders are not processed on weekends or UAE public holidays.

If there is a delay due to stock availability, customers will be notified via email or phone.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the UAE:

  • Standard products: 1–5 business days

  • Custom-built PCs: Delivery time begins after build completion

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays

  • High order volume

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Failure to report damage within 24 hours may affect claim eligibility.
