Warranty & Repairs Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty policy covers defects in material, design, and workmanship after purchase of eligible products.
The applicable warranty period (if any) will be clearly stated on the individual product page at the time of purchase.
Not all products include warranty coverage. Customers are advised to review the product listing before placing an order.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
2. Custom-Built Gaming PCs
For custom-built systems:
Individual components are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.
Assembly workmanship may be covered for a limited period (if stated at purchase).
Warranty does not cover performance expectations beyond manufacturer specifications.
Use of graphics cards or hardware for cryptocurrency mining, extreme overclocking, or unintended industrial use may void warranty coverage.
3. Warranty Claim Process

Our warranty team will respond within 24 business hours for initial validation and troubleshooting.
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, further repair instructions will be provided.
4. Collection & Inspection
If required, the item must be returned for inspection.
Customers must:
Pack the item securely (preferably in original packaging)
Include all accessories and components
If the item is improperly packed and damaged during transit, Gaming PC Dubai will not be responsible for transit damage.
Once received, the item will be inspected and diagnosed by our technical team or authorized service partner.
5. Repair Timeline
After inspection:
If the defect is covered under warranty, repair or replacement will be arranged.
Estimated repair turnaround time: 7–18 business days.
Repair timelines may vary depending on:
Manufacturer processing time
Parts availability
Customer approval delays
Time required for customer response or approval is not included in the repair turnaround time.
6. Repair Costs
If the item is under valid warranty and the issue is covered:
Repair will be carried out free of charge.
If the item cannot be repaired but remains under manufacturer warranty:
A replacement may be issued, OR
A refund may be processed if replacement is not available.
If the issue is NOT covered under warranty (including accidental damage, misuse, or voided warranty):
A repair quotation may be provided.
The customer may approve or decline the repair.
If declined, the item may be returned without repair.
Any out-of-warranty repair fees and applicable shipping charges must be paid before release.
7. What Is Not Covered
Warranty does NOT cover:
Physical or accidental damage
Liquid damage
Electrical surge damage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Removal or tampering of warranty seals
Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions
Commercial mining usage of graphic cards
Improper power supply installation
Gaming PC Dubai reserves the right to decline warranty claims that fall under these conditions.
8. Customer Data Responsibility
For electronic devices storing personal data:
Customers must back up all data before submitting the device for repair.
Remove passwords and account locks.
Gaming PC Dubai and its authorized service partners are not responsible for data loss during diagnosis, repair, or replacement.
9. Data Sharing for Repairs
To complete a repair request, we may share your name, email address, and return address with authorized service partners strictly for repair purposes.
All service partners are required to comply with applicable data protection regulations.
10. Warranty Limitations
Repair or replacement under warranty does not:
Extend the original warranty period
Renew the warranty coverage
The customer confirms that all information provided during the warranty claim is accurate and truthful.
