  • 🔩 Unauthorized modifications or component swaps after delivery

 

3. Warranty Claim Process | إجراءات طلب الضمان

To initiate a warranty request, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Warranty Team via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Provide the required information listed below.
  3. Await initial response within 24 business hours for validation and remote troubleshooting.
  4. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our team will provide further repair instructions.

4. Collection & Inspection | الاستلام والفحص

If a physical inspection is required, the following applies:

Customer Responsibilities:

  • 📦 Pack the item securely — preferably in its original packaging
  • 🔌 Include all accessories, cables, manuals, and components
  • 🔓 Remove passwords and account locks from all devices
  • 💾 Back up all personal data before sending (see Section 8)

⚠️ If the item is improperly packed and sustains transit damage, Gaming PC Dubai will not be held responsible for that damage.

Inspection Process:

  1. Item is received and logged by our team.
  2. Technical inspection and diagnosis is carried out by our in-house technicians or authorized service partner.
  3. You will be notified of the diagnosis outcome and next steps within a reasonable timeframe.

 

5. Repair Timeline | مدة الإصلاح

Factors That May Extend Repair Time:

  • Manufacturer processing time for warranty approval

  • 💬 Customer approval delays — time waiting for your response is not counted in the repair timeline

 

6. Repair Costs | تكاليف الإصلاح

Gaming PC Dubai reserves the right to decline any warranty claim that falls under the above conditions after inspection and diagnosis.


 

8. Customer Data Responsibility | مسؤولية بيانات العميل

Before submitting any device for repair or inspection, customers must:

  • 💾 Back up all personal data — photos, files, documents, and any stored information
  • 🔓 Remove all passwords, PINs, and account locks (e.g., iCloud Lock, Microsoft Account)
  • 🗃️ Save any software license keys or activation codes stored on the device

⚠️ Gaming PC Dubai and its authorized service partners are NOT responsible for any data loss that occurs during diagnosis, repair, replacement, or transit.


 

9. Data Sharing for Repairs | مشاركة البيانات لأغراض الإصلاح

In order to process your repair, we may share the following with our authorized service partners:

  • 📧 Your email address
  • 📍 Your return shipping address

This information is shared strictly for repair purposes only. All service partners are contractually required to comply with applicable UAE data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy.


 

10. Warranty Limitations | قيود الضمان

Please note the following important limitations:

  • 🔄 Repair or replacement under warranty does NOT extend the original warranty period.
  • 🔄 Warranty coverage is not renewed after a repair or part replacement.
  • 📋 The customer confirms that all information submitted during a warranty claim is accurate and truthful.
  • ❌ Submitting false or misleading information during a claim may result in claim rejection and account suspension.

 

11. Limitation of Liability | حدود المسؤولية

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Gaming PC Dubai’s total liability under this warranty policy shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects or repair delays.
  • We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or lost data resulting from product failure.
